About Pactt
PACTT is the joint technology transfer office of the University of Lausanne and the University Hospital of Lausanne.
PACTT enables the local scientific talent to reach the market for the public good: protection of intellectual property rights, negotiation of contracts, identification of potential industrial partners, contribution to development of business plans and supporting creation of local start-up companies.
The office was founded in February 2000, following the signature of an agreement between the University of Lausanne (UNIL) and the University Hospital of Lausanne (CHUV). The operating costs are shared between the two Institutions.
