Contracts and Agreements

Following the new internal policy, all agreements concerning research activities concluded in the name of the Institutions must be reviewed by the technology transfer office in order to ensure compliance with governing laws and institutional policies.

Particular attention will be paid to preservation of the right to publish, exclusion of warranties from the Institution and attribution of intellectual property rights arising from the agreement.
