TEMPLATES Material Transfer Agreement – Non-Disclosure Agreement

You will find here templates of Material Transfer Agreements (MTA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) for the CHUV and the University of Lausanne.

MTAs are only to be used in the case of a transfer of material with an academic institution; please contact us, should you need to transfer some material to a company!

In the case of a MTA with an American public institution, please use one of the templates with “US” mention. These agreements are not governed by Swiss law, which is an imperative condition for American public institutions to enter into agreements.

The templates must be completed using all the fields and sent to the other party for signature.
