PACTT can draft any other kind of research agreement. Any agreement, which is not a PACTT template, must be submitted to and validated by PACTT before signature; this will allow us to preserve your rights as researchers, the rights of the institutions and minimize risks in general.
N.B. For clinical studies at CHUV, please contact the legal affairs team of the CHUV (“Unité des Affaires Juridiques”), which has sole authority to validate clinical trial agreements.
