10 years ago, PACTT granted the first InnoTREK to a young scientist in a research lab who dreamed of turning her invention into a product that could be used to the benefit of patients and society through the creation of a startup.
Today, 34 such projects have been supported by PACTT, and many of them are well-established businesses. Among them: Haya Therapeutics SA won the TOP100 Swiss Startups Award 2023; AgroSustain SA announced the launch in the Swiss market of its product AgroSFruits; Lymphatica Medtech SA received the FDA Breakthrough Device Designation for LymphoDrain; GenKnowMe SA expanded on the Swiss market and internationally.
Throughout this decade, PACTT has also supported 12 InnoSTEP proof-of-concept projects to foster their market readiness. It also recently extended its financial support to digital projects with InnoDIGITAL.
To celebrate these exciting results and learn more about how you could benefit from them, you are cordially invited to the 10th Anniversary of InnoPACTT: From Research to Innovation for Impact.
The keynote speakers of this afternoon of celebration will tell us more about the institutional, cantonal, and national support available for researchers who wish to innovate and what our alumni have achieved, both by creating successful startups or by taking alternative professional pathways.
A panel comprising various experts in the research and innovation field, policy-makers and financing agents, including a cantonal innovation top-level manager, a national politician, a foundation CEO, and an executive from InnoSuisse, will give you the opportunity to learn more about the current landscape and future developments, including new opportunities for social and environmental impact projects.
